Dr. Cinthia Vargas specializes in Neck & Back Pain Relief. Being a Doctor of Chiropractic for over 10 years, Dr. Nguyen has dedicated her life to the most difficult cases of spinal disc disorders, such as herniated, bulging and degenerative disc. She has done extensive post graduate training in the treatment of disc cases as well as studying and incorporating research from Harvard university, Stanford, Johns Hopkins, even the Mayo Clinic.

Dr. Nguyen attended undergraduate college at San Diego State University and graduate with her Doctor’s Degree in Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West, Hayward, CA. She has been providing chiropractic cares to the Bay Area community for over 10 years. Currently Dr. Nguyen practices in both San Leandro and Carmichael city, where she helps patients of all ages from infants and children with special needs to expectant mothers, and from athletics to seniors with osteoporosis.

Dr. Nguyen’s postgraduate education includes Spinal Decompression National Certified, advanced proficiency in the Activator Method technique, certified in FMT (Functional Movement Techniques) for kinesiology taping, certified in the Webster technique for treating pregnant women. She also has an extensive training in nutrition, cold lasers care, and essential oils. Dr. Nguyen always keeps up with the latest, most up-to-date research and uses her current knowledge of healthcare to enhance her patients well being. With this in mind, she understands the importance of being pain free and will do her best for her patients to enjoy a pain free life.
